Former Nigerian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola, has paid glowing tribute to former Ogun State Governor and elder statesman, Chief Olusegun Osoba, CFR, on the occasion of his 87th birthday, describing him as one of Nigeria’s finest journalists, accomplished administrators and enduring pillars of progressive politics.
